Desktop PC, the tower came before the laptop. Its design is simple. It contains a
Motherboard
RAM,
Harddrive,
Graphics card,
DVD-ROM and
sometimes a floppy drive.
All these parts are built into a strong metal case which has a fan which extracts the heat from the parts.
